Northern Lights Paranormal Society (NLPS)

Johnny Wilson

Johnny is the founder of the NLPS. He started the organization back in 2000 after having many experiences with paranormal phenomenon since he was a child. He is also the NLPS Director, Lead Investigator, Tech Specialist, and Webmaster. Aside from hunting ghosts, he is also an accomplished musician and enjoys working in his home recording studio. He is also a husband and father of three and enjoys spending time with his family.

Rick Wilson

Rick is the Tech Manager and Lead Investigator for the NLPS. He is also a long time friend of the group and joined the team in 2007 after many years of interest in paranormal phenomenon. Rick is married and has two children. Aside from ghost hunting he enjoys working as a disc jockey and spending time with family and friends.

Lisa Karnes

Lisa is the Case Manager, Interviewer, Archivist, and Tech Specialist for the NLPS. Lisa joined the team after reading about them in the newspaper and contacting them for an investigation. She developed a bond with the team and asked to become a member soon after and has become one of the teams most valuable members. Lisa is a housewife and mother of two boys. Aside from investigating the paranormal, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and cooking.

David Bruski

Dave is a Tech Specialist and Investigator for the NLPS. A believer and skeptic rolled into one is the best way to describe Dave. His keen eye, quick judgment, and debunking abilities are crucial to our investigations. Dave is a husband and father. He enjoys snowmobiling, and cooking when he's not investigating the paranormal.

Heather Christians

Heather is a Tech Specialist, Investigator, and veteran member of the NLPS. Her experience with the team shines through during investigations and team meetings where she assists in teaching and training new investigators. Heather is a wife and mother and enjoys playing poker and spending time with friends when she's not hunting ghosts.

Chuck Burress

Chuck is a Tech Specialist and Investigator for the NLPS. His efficiency during tech equipment setup is vital to our investigations. Outside of investigations and his job Chuck enjoys fishing.

Wendy Vraa

Wendy is an Investigator and Tech Specialist for the NLPS. She has an extensive background in Native American history and culture which comes in handy on some of our investigations. Outside of Paranormal Research, Wendy is a college student and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Roger Elzholz

Roger is an Evidence Reviewer for the NLPS. He has been bound to a wheelchair since birth but that doesn't stop him from being a vital member of the NLPS team. Roger may not be able to investigate with the rest of the team on most of their investigations but he has keen eyes and ears to assist in reviewing evidence for the team and he has been able to decipher some of our best evidence to date. Outside of the NLPS, Roger enjoys watching movies, playing on his computer, and spending time with friends and family.

Jennifer Wilson

Jennifer is the Secretary for the NLPS. She is a real asset to the team taking care of the books, paper work, and client files from our investigations. Outside of her NLPS duties she is Johnny's wife and mother of their children. Jennifer enjoys scrap booking, crafting, and outdoor activities.

Bob Olson

Bob is an Investigator and Correspondent for the NLPS. He has an extensive background in numerous forms of paranormal research including ghost hunting, but his specialty is in bigfoot research which he has been investigating for many years. Bob has recently been featured in a televised biography of the creature known as bigfoot and is always eager to share his knowledge and expertise with the public. We are proud to have him on the NLPS team.
